This is the ability to determine how moods influence thought and how to determine how different moods impact thinking and decision-making.

+ Understand and reason about emotions.

This is the ability to understand how emotions change and alter over time and how simple emotions form more complex emotions as in sadness leading to anger.

04. MANAGEMENT

+ Integration emotion and thought to make effective decisions.

This area explores how we determine optimal self-management strategies to achieve a certain outcome. It also looks at how we establish the effectiveness of various alternatives in achieving a certain outcome involving other people.
